In order to control costs and provide accurate housing availability, please note you must first complete your PDI Registration prior to making housing reservations. Once you register for PDI 2022, you will receive a confirmation email. Included in this email will be a link to make hotel reservations. All ASMC attendees should book their room in the ASMC hotel room blocks though ASMC's housing provider IMN Solutions.

PDI 2022 will take place at the Georgia World Congress Center
The Convention Center is located in downtown Atlanta, PDI 2022 will be held in Building A.

Reservations cancelled after April 15, 2022, will be charged a $50 processing fee. Please reference the terms & conditions at the bottom of your confirmation email for the full policy

Tax Execption ​for Hotel Rooms
Military personnel are exempt from sales and use tax and the state hotel-motel fee here in Georgia. The employee must provide an ST-5 Certificate of Exemption.Payment provided must be made with a centrally billed (CBA) payment card.

Commercial Air

There are approximately nine (9) Domestic Carriers that fly into Atlanta International Airport as well as nine (9) International Carriers. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is located approximately 11 miles from downtown Atlanta.

Airport Transportation:

ASMC has partnered with Dart Airport Transfers to offer a discounted rate for airport to hotel shuttle services for ASMC attendees. The shuttle service will run direct to/from the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, Hilton Atlanta, Hyatt Regency Atlanta and Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center over the main arrival dates of May 29 & 30 and main departure dates of June 3 and 4. Any attendee booking outside of the main arrival/departure dates can still book their standard downtown shuttle service at a discounted rate with the promo code on their general site.

Transportation to and from Hotels and Convention Center

ASMC will provide shuttle buses every morning and late afternoon from the Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt (the Omni is connected to the Convention Center)
Shuttle service will begin Tuesday 5/31 at 7:30am and 6:30am on Wednesday 6/1/22 through Friday 6/3/22.

Per Diem Information

All official ASMC hotels are within per diem for single rooms. Lodging per diem in Atlanta for June 2022 is $163 per night, with M&IE per diem set at $74. Meals included in the registration fee are breakfast (Wednesday-Friday), lunch (Wednesday-Friday) and dinner (Wednesday).
